(AP Photo/VosIzNeias.com) The man accused of killing a young couple and their infant boy in a hit and run is back in New York to face charges after opting not to contest his extradition from Pennsylvania, reports the Daily News. But what those charges will be remain uncertain. DNA Info reports that police are poring over the BMW he was driving to try to prove he had been drinking. If they're successful, prosecutors could charge him with aggravated vehicular homicide, which carries a maximum 25-year sentence. Short of that, they could aim for criminally negligent manslaughter and a sentence of up to 15 years. As of now, the 44-year-old faces only a charge of leaving the scene of an accident, which carries a maximum of seven years. Acevedo had been charged with drunk driving just two weeks before the crash that killed Raizy and Nachman Glauber, both 21. Their son was delivered after the crash but died the next day.
