Max Factor heir Andrew Luster has had his 124-year prison sentence for drugging and raping three women vacated by a California judge. The judge refused to grant Luster, a great-grandson of the cosmetic firm's founder, a new trial but ordered a hearing for next month to reconsider his unusually long sentence, the Los Angeles Times reports. Luster was found guilty on 86 rape and drug charges after bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman captured him in Mexico in 2003. His victims will be given the chance to testify at his resentencing hearing. (More Andrew Luster stories.)
