The announced title is "Assarabia," South Korean slang used to express thrills. Though the AP notes that the word has nothing to do with ethnicity or a certain body part, PSY is concerned Arabs might misunderstand and be offended. He announced yesterday on a South Korean social media website that he'll change the title and some lyrics. PSY has also promised to do some songs in English, but it's not clear when.
