Someone has been charged for the murder of a Texas DA and his family—and it's not an entirely expected suspect. Kim Williams, 46, was arrested and booked on capital murder charges this morning, and is being held on a $10 million bond, the Dallas Morning News reports. Williams is the wife of ex-justice of the peace Eric Williams, who was arrested in connection with the murders on Saturday.

Eric Williams has not yet been charged with capital murder but likely will be, law enforcement officials say. Right now he's charged with "terroristic threat"; authorities say they have evidence linking him to an anonymous threat issued after the murders of DA Mike McLelland and his wife promising more killings if certain demands weren't met. Those demands haven't been made public. They believe Williams had a grudge against McLelland for prosecuting him for computer monitor theft. (More Eric Williams stories.)
