US / Dzhokhar Tsarnaev After Bombing, Tsarnaevs Planned to 'Party' in NYC Ray Kelly says no indication they planned another attack By Kevin Spak, Newser Staff Posted Apr 24, 2013 12:47 PM CDT Copied This combination of undated file photos shows Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, left, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19. (AP Photo/The Lowell Sun & Robin Young, File) Once their bloody work in Boston was done, the Tsarnaev brothers planned to go to New York City—but not necessarily to commit more acts of terror, it turns out. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told investigators that their plans involved "something about partying or having a party," New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly tells the New York Post. There "may have been words to the effect of coming to party in New York," Kelly says, adding that there was no evidence they had any attacks planned in the Big Apple.
