That's because it's Manti Te'o, the former Notre Dame linebacker caught up in the bizarre girlfriend-who-didn't exist hoax from earlier this year. The San Diego Chargers traded up a few spots to pick Te'o this evening, reports the local Union-Tribune. Te'o dropped into the second round not because of the scandal but because he didn't play so well in the championship game against Alabama, reports ESPN.
