Joshua Dratel, the big-shot lawyer now representing Tamerlan Tsarnaev's widow, Katherine Russell, has finally spoken to the press, saying Russell will cooperate with investigators—but don't expect to hear anything else from him. He intends to stay mum going forward. "It would be counterproductive for the investigation and for Katherine's interests for us to be more forthcoming at this time with any of the details," he said. Dratel has represented several terrorism suspects, and tells the AP he joined Russell's legal team to help her navigate the legal system. One interesting detail tucked into the AP's report: It notes that Russell has reverted to her maiden name, switching from her married name of Tsarnaeva. (More Joshua Dratel stories.)
