The only surprising thing about Rachel Uchitel (aka Tiger Woods Mistress No. 1) getting divorced after just a year and a half of marriage is that these particular divorce papers don't cite the standard public-persona reason, "irreconcilable differences." Nope, Matt Hahn is claiming "cruel and inhumane treatment" in his divorce filing, Radar reports. A source close to Uchitel says the whole thing is "absurd" and just about publicity: "Google his lawyer. He loves the press and was on Millionaire Matchmaker!"

A nasty custody battle is expected over daughter Wyatt Lilly, who turned one last month. In fact, it was the day after her birthday party when Uchitel called police to the couple's New York City apartment after a bad fight, but she never pressed charges. Mostly, the two just engage in "verbal mudslinging," the source says, though Hahn is alleging some sort of physical violence. "[Uchitel] has said that he shoved her when she had Wyatt in her arms," the source adds. "She did slap him after he called her names but that’s hardly cruel or inhumane." TMZ reports that Hahn, a former Penn State football player, wants custody of Wyatt, as well as spousal support. (More Rachel Uchitel stories.)
