One of the best Stanley Cup finals in memory is in the books, and the Chicago Blackhawks are the new champs. The Blackhawks stunned the Bruins 3-2 in Game 6 tonight by scoring two goals 17 seconds apart in the final 1:16, reports AP. They did so on Boston's home ice. The late heroes were Bryan Bickell, who tied the game with Chicago goalie Corey Crawford pulled for the extra attacker, and Dave Bolland, who had the winner. The Hawks' Patrick Kane was named the playoff MVP after the game, which gave Chicago its second championship in four years. Bleacher Report has the details. (More Chicago Blackhawks stories.)
