Indianapolis Colts safety Joe Lefeged was arrested in DC today, after cops pulled over a car he was riding in for speeding, and found a handgun inside. Lefeged, 25, and another passenger were charged with possession of a firearm without a license, possession of an unregistered firearm and unregistered ammunition, having of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol, reports CNN. The driver of the car fled and has still not been caught. A source tells CNN that the gun was an H&K .40-caliber semiautomatic pistol belonging to Lefeged, and the booze appeared to be bottles of vodka and orange juice. Lefeged is due in court later today, adds the AP.
