Actress Emma Roberts, the 22-year-old niece of Julia Roberts, seems to have gotten into a bloody fight with her boyfriend Evan Peters earlier this month. TMZ reports that police were called to the pair's Montreal hotel room July 7 after reports of a fight, and found Peters with his nose bloodied and a bite mark. Roberts was arrested for alleged domestic violence, but released because the 26-year-old did not want to press charges. Sources tell TMZ both were hitting one another, but deny the biting occurred. They're apparently already back together and working on American Horror Story.
Celebuzz has a joint statement from the couple's reps: "It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it." Sources tell the New York Daily News both Roberts and Peters had "light injuries."
