The operator of the boat that crashed on the Hudson River in New York last night, killing a bride-to-be and injuring her fiance and other friends in the wedding party, has been arrested. Cops believe Jojo K. John, 35, was drunk while driving the speedboat, and has been charged with first-degree vehicular manslaughter and three counts of second-degree vehicular assault, reports CNN. John is not the registered owner of the boat. Earlier today, police recovered a body believed to be Lindsey Stewart, 30, who was to be married in two weeks. Best man Mark Lennon has still not been found. (More boat crash stories.)
