Leah Remini's battle with Scientology? Far from over. The King of Queens actress has filed a missing person report on church leader David Miscavige's wife, Shelly, Us Weekly reports. "We can confirm that the missing person report has been taken and that's all the information we have at this time," an LAPD spokesperson said. Remini claims she quit Scientology after enduring years of "interrogations" and "thought modification" for asking about Shelly, who has appeared publicly only once since 2006.

The anti-Scientology Underground Bunker blog, which broke the story, posted a photo of Remini and Shelly arm-in-arm at a social event as evidence the two are friends. The blog also claims that Remini got in trouble with the church for inquiring into a "missing" Scientology executive, Barbara Ruiz. According to the Daily Mail, a Scientology rep has already dismissed Remini's filing as "harassment. ... a publicity stunt cooked up by a small band of unemployed fanatics who live on the fringe of the Internet."
