The police blotter offers a note of caution for 60-something rich guys who suddenly find themselves being wooed by stunningly attractive younger women: An ex-model who apparently thought she found a soft target ended up on the wrong side of an FBI sting in a $250,000 extortion plot. The Smoking Gun explains that 33-year-old Mirella Dzioba struck up a relationship with a 61-year-old "wealthy businessman," sent him racy photos, and got him to leave her racy voicemails.

They apparently did nothing more than go out for drinks twice, but the FBI says Dzioba soon started demanding money. After he paid her $1,400, she allegedly demanded $250,000 or she'd tell his wife and let her imagination run wild. "If u think u can shut me up with 1400$ ur mistaken," says one text cited in court documents. “All u got to do is pay and no one will ever know. Ever.” That's when he contacted the feds. After Dzioba collected the first installment, the FBI arrested her. She faces up to five years in prison on the felony charges. (More bribery stories.)
