Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, not surprisingly, want to maintain control over the footage of West proposing to Kardashian. (You'll almost certainly see it on a reality show near you in the not-too-distant future.) So now that it has leaked, they're suing. They say YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley showed up at San Francisco's AT&T Park uninvited, but was with an invited guest and was allowed to stay after signing a confidentiality agreement—which he was even photographed holding. Then he violated the agreement by posting a two-and-a-half-minute video on MixBit in an attempt to promote his "new but foundering business," the lawsuit claims, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

But it's not all bad news for the Kardashian clan this week. Lamar Odom recently refuted rumors of marriage problems for him and Khloe Kardashian, in no uncertain terms: "We're wonderful. We're unbreakable," he told Us. "That's why I wear my wedding ring. It is a beautiful ring. From a beautiful wife." The most entertaining Kardashian-related news, however, is that the Honey Boo Boo clan donned Kardashian costumes for Halloween. Honey Boo Boo herself played Kris Jenner, Mama June played Kim; it's worth checking out the picture on TMZ. (More Kim Kardashian stories.)
