In defending his company's problematic pants—criticized both for being see-through and now, notes Bloomberg host Trish Regan, for pilling—Lululemon founder Chip Wilson appears to be shifting the blame to the customer. "Quite frankly, some women's bodies just don't work for it," he tells Regan in an interview. "It’s really about the rubbing through the thighs, how much pressure is there over a period of time, how they much they use it." Regan's reply: "Interesting. Not every woman can wear a Lululemon yoga pant." "No, I think they can—it’s just how you use it," Wilson says. At ThinkProgress, Annie-Rose Strasser slaps Wilson's thigh-based concerns: "Placing blame on women’s bodies, as opposed to manufacturing issues, isn’t very logical. Women’s legs naturally touch."
