A California-to-Hawaii cruise turned tragic yesterday when one of the passengers jumped overboard. The American woman, 54, was "intentionally going overboard" and is presumed dead, Reuters reports. She was captured on security video from the Grand Princess cruise ship, and witnesses also saw the jump, the AP reports. The ship was about 650 miles northeast of Hilo at the time, on day three of a 15-day cruise; it turned around and started looking for the woman, and the Coast Guard sent a rescue plane.
