Hugh Jackman Reveals Skin Cancer Scare
Hugh Jackman says he's been treated for skin cancer.   (Instagram)

Hugh Jackman has just become a walking PSA for sunscreen. The Wolverine star posted a photo of himself on Instagram with a bandaged nose and this caption, reports E! Online: "Deb said to get the mark on my nose checked. Boy, was she right! I had a (basal) cell carcinoma. Please don't be foolish like me. Get yourself checked. And USE sunscreen!!!" Deb is his wife of 17 years, Deborra-Lee Furness, notes the LA Times. Basal cell carcinoma is a common form of skin cancer that frequently shows up on the face and neck. More details on that at the Mayo Clinic website. (More Hugh Jackman stories.)
