Justin Bieber just can't seem to behave for any respectable length of time. The latest: Bieber's neighbor says the pop star egged his house last night. TMZ has video shot by the neighbor, in which Justin (allegedly) can be heard yelling, "F--- you! I got another one for you, actually!" before the cops were called. The neighbor says Bieber was trespassing and threw at least 20 eggs; TMZ reports the property damage amounts to more than $400, which TMZ says could make this a felony vandalism investigation. Bieber has apparently had previous disagreements with this neighbor (like this one, perhaps?).
In other Bieber news, he recently helped good pal Kelly Osbourne get over her broken engagement ... through graffiti (Radar has pictures). But as for Selena Gomez, he's not back together with her, a source insists to E!, adding that recent rumors of a camping trip they took together are not true. (No word on what they were doing riding Segways together, though.)
