Motley Crue is calling it quits after more than three decades, reports Billboard. But first the group—Vince Neil, Mick Mars, Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee—plans one last major tour of North America, from July 2 (Grand Rapids, Mich.) to Nov. 2 (Vancouver). The band promises that the retirement is for keeps, not for publicity, reports USA Today. Members signed a contract to that effect, with another stipulation that no individual member can tour as Motley Crue. "We don’t want to be one of those bands where one guy is left," says Neil. "We wanted to go out with the four founding members and go out on top." (More Motley Crue stories.)
