If you thought (hoped!) you'd heard the last from Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston, well, you thought wrong. The ex-lovers are back in court, fighting over custody of son Tripp, now five, Radar reports. Though Levi's official visitation schedule was never actually finalized, things had been fine for a while—until October, when Bristol moved to Arizona for a six-month training program and took Tripp with her. Levi filed a new custody case in response, but of course, Bristol is hitting back, claiming (among other things) that he owes her nearly $67,000 in child support. Among the text Johnston has sent Palin, which were submitted as evidence in the case:
- "How can u be so selfish and no I was never EVER ok with u taking my son anywhere or put on your tv show. It's all crap."
- "TRIPP wants and needs his father, Bristol. ... He needs his dad and my family just as much as yours. And more importantly. Tripp needs stability and a routine and sports. And all that."
- "Go ahead and ask him if he want to stay with dad or go with u. Bet he says dad. Just saying Bristol. Tripps old enough to tell u what he wants now."
- "If u only new the things he says to me and how happy he is with his dad and little sister. He really needs us both and I need him Bristol."
The first hearing is on July 30.
