The driver of a tractor-trailer that hit a limousine bus carrying actor Tracy Morgan has been charged in the incident, prosecutors say, via CNN. Kevin Roper, 35, of Georgia, has been charged with death by auto and assault by auto after the crash, which killed comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair and left Morgan in critical condition. Roper is expected to turn himself in today; his bail has been set at $50,000, the AP reports. Comedian Ardie Fuqua was also left in critical condition, as was fellow passenger Jeffrey Millea, a hospital rep says. Comedian Harris Stanton was released after treatment, the rep notes, while the limo driver and another passenger weren't hurt. (More Tracy Morgan stories.)
