Neil Young just filed for divorce from his wife of 36 years about a month ago, but he's already been spotted on an apparent date with Daryl Hannah. The Daily Mail has pictures of Young, 68, and Hannah, 53, looking pretty cozy Tuesday en route to a California restaurant—Hannah's even kissing Young on the cheek in one of the snaps. As the Los Angeles Times reports, the two have been running in the same circles for a while: They collaborated on a Greenpeace documentary, they're both against the proposed Keystone XL pipeline, and in April, they both carried a banner in Washington, DC, during a Cowboy Indian Alliance event protesting the pipeline.
A source tells People they've actually "been dating for months," adding, "They've taken no effort to even hide it. He recorded a new album a few weeks ago, and she was on Skype the entire time, giving him feedback on every take. He even told people in the studio she was his 'girlfriend.'" But Young's former bandmate, David Crosby of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, may not approve: He recently told the Idaho Statesman, "I happen to know that he's hanging out with somebody that's a purely poisonous predator now.
