Amanda Bynes hasn't made headlines in a while, so perhaps you thought she'd finally gotten her life together—but apparently not. The troubled actress allegedly ran a red light and then stopped in the middle of a Los Angeles intersection around 3:30am Sunday; a CHP officer pulled her over and found that she couldn't complete field sobriety tests, a spokesman tells the New York Daily News. She was arrested for driving under the influence of a stimulant, TMZ reports; sources say that stimulant was Adderall. The sources say a doctor prescribed it, but that Bynes was "out of it" and "disheveled" when she was arrested.
Sources also tell the gossip site Bynes has been smoking quite a bit of marijuana lately and has gone off her medications for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Her parents apparently let their conservatorship over her lapse, thinking she was doing better, but others believe this is not the case and say "things started going haywire" since she moved out of their home. She is still on probation for a reckless-driving conviction. (More Amanda Bynes stories.)
