(AP Photo/Brandon Wade) The Dallas nurse who contracted Ebola while caring for Thomas Eric Duncan has been identified as Nina Pham, 26. A family member revealed the former Texas Christian University student's name to WFAA, as well as a picture. She graduated from the nursing program at TCU in 2010. One person who was near Pham while she was potentially contagious is being monitored by the CDC along with 48 other people, 10 of whom were in contact with Duncan before his diagnosis; none have yet shown any symptoms. Other health care workers who treated Duncan are also being monitored. The CDC yesterday blamed a "protocol breach" for Pham's infection. (More Nina Pham stories.) Report an error
