The $25,000 Hillary Clinton's sputtering campaign dropped at Vegas' posh Bellagio last month is raising eyebrows among those cutting her the checks, reports the New York Times. “Fees and payments are in line with industry standards,” said campaign communications director Howard Wolfson, who earned nearly $267,000 in January. But Clinton's gamble that the race would be decided by Super Tuesday has left her cash poor, even as her poor showings further slow donations—leaving her in the red and with little cash for a possible long haul.
