For Sale: Yacht 'Haunted' by Natalie Wood

Ron Nelson is selling the boat where Natalie Wood spent her final hours before drowning in the waters off California's Catalina Island, and he says it's because the yacht is haunted by Wood's ghost. "I've been hurt twice on the boat mysteriously," he tells the National Enquirer of the boat once owned by Wood's husband, Robert Wagner. "Weird falls. It's just like my feet came out from under me and I fell."

And once, while he was sleeping on the Splendour, "something sat down on the bed and then left," he says. He had the boat blessed by two Hawaiian priests, but even that failed to "clear the spirit," he says. He decided to sell the yacht after it was damaged in a recent hurricane and says he's taking offers, though he hasn't publicly revealed the asking price.
