Troubled star Britney Spears' sons were happy to see their mommy yesterday, for the first time in more than seven weeks. Jayden James and Sean Preston, who have been in their father's custody during Spears' very public breakdown, got three hours of face time with their mom in a court-monitored visit, reports E! Online.

The session comes courtesy of Britney's father (and currently, conservator) Jamie Spears, who made arrangements with Kevin Federline's lawyers. Britney was not allowed to take the boys out of the watchful eye of a court representative, and a Federline security guard stuck around for the morning as well. Spears last saw her sons January 3, when she refused to relinquish them to Federline during a standoff with police. (More Britney Spears stories.)
