Louis Head shouted the words after a grand jury decided not to indict Darren Wilson, but he tells CNN that to blame him for ensuing violence "goes way too far and is as wrong as the decision itself." Head, among others, has been facing an investigation "into the activities surrounding Nov 24 pertaining to the rioting, looting, and arsons," says a Ferguson official.
