The 24th James Bond film, out Oct. 23 in the UK and Nov. 6 in the US, has a title and a cast. Both were announced live today from London's Pinewood Studios, the 007 franchise's British studio home, as principal photography on the movie is set to start Monday. The title: Spectre, likely a reference to the fictional terrorist organization—helmed by Bond's arch-enemy Ernst Stavro Blofeld—that has been a part of Bond novels and previous films, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
In addition to Daniel Craig's return as 007 and Sam Mendes' return as director, Naomi Harris will return as Eve Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw will return as Q, Rory Kinnear will return as Tanner, and Ralph Fiennes will return as Gareth Mallory, "later to become M," the Reporter notes. New additions to the cast include Christoph Waltz as Oberhauser (which could be Hannes Oberhauser, a character considered Bond's "second father," or his son), Lea Seydoux as Madeleine Swann, WWE star Dave Bautista as Mr. Hinx, Sherlock star Andrew Scott as a member of the British secret service named Denbigh, and Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra.
