Ohio State Upsets No. 15 Purdue

Jamar Butler scored 23 of his game-high 25 points in the second half as Ohio State upended No. 15 Purdue with an 80-77 overtime victory. Othella Hunter, a 56 percent free throw shooter, gave the Buckeyes the lead late in the extra period by draining two shots from the charity strip. The win snapped Ohio State’s four-game losing streak, reports the Associated Press.

E'Twaun Moore had 16 points to lead the Boilermakers, who fell one-half game behind No. 10 Wisconsin for the Big Ten lead. Wisconsin has two games remaining in its conference schedule while Purdue only has one, against Michigan this Sunday. Robbie Hummel had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.
