Sterling Sues TMZ, Galpal Over Infamous Audiotape

Donald Sterling has filed another lawsuit, this one against TMZ and ex-galpal V. Stiviano, claiming the release of that infamous audiotape violated his right to privacy and caused damage on a "scale of unparalleled and unprecedented magnitude," per the AP. Sterling argues the audio was "illicitly" recorded and edited to "reflect conversations ... that either never occurred, were grossly distorted, and/or stated out of context," reports the Los Angeles Times. Stiviano's lawyer says it's "ridiculous if he says he was damaged by it when he made $2 billion." Last week, Sterling filed for divorce from Shelly Sterling, noting his wife has failed to hand over his share of the proceeds from the sale of the Los Angeles Clippers. (More Donald Sterling stories.)
