John Stamos has officially been charged with a DUI after he was arrested in June after allegedly driving erratically and seeming "out of it." The Full House (and Fuller House) star went to rehab for one month after the incident, and later said in an interview that he "had a rough year with my mom dying, so it all came to a head," but that he's doing better now. E! reports that if the 52-year-old is convicted of the misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of drugs, he faces as much as six months in jail. But TMZ theorizes that as a first-time offender, he'll likely just get probation; the gossip site's sources say Stamos was under the influence of GHB (the "date rape drug," which he was supposedly taking as a fitness supplement) and another non-narcotic drug.
