This could be a helpful tool for those looking to party: Wall St. 24/7 has determined the drunkest city in each state, based on the percentage of adult residents who binge drink (consume four to five drinks per sitting) or are heavy drinkers (consume at least eight drinks per week for women and 15 for men). See the five drunkest cities of the survey below—though the CDC notes you're more likely to find health problems in each than a good time.

  1. Dubuque, Iowa: 30.8%
  2. Appleton, Wis.: 29.8%
  3. Corpus Christi, Texas: 27.5%
  4. Kingston, NY: 25.1%
  5. East Stroudsburg, Pa.: 24.2%
