"In lieu of flowers, do not vote for Donald Trump." So reads the obituary of Katherine Hinds published Friday in the Opelika-Auburn News. The Alabama-born Hinds died April 29 in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 34, the AP reports. Her obituary describes her as "a blue, southern girl from a red, southern state," and her mom, Susan Pool, tells the AP Hinds would have liked the Trump line in her obituary. She says Hinds was afraid for the future of her three children if Trump became president. In addition to working as a veterinary technician, Hinds was "a talented animal whisperer, wrecker of cars, and a gifted Scrabble player," according to her obituary. A cause of death has yet to be determined. (More obituary stories.)
