Top 10 Fast-Food Chains for Customer Satisfaction

The bad news keeps on coming for Chipotle. The restaurant saw the biggest drop in this year's American Customer Satisfaction Index for fast-food restaurants, reports Consumerist. It was No. 2 last year and No. 9 this year—but at least it's ahead of McDonald's, which finished dead last at No. 18. (A broad category of "all others" finished in the third spot.) Here's the top 10, scored out of 100, based on interviews with some 5,000 customers:

1. Chick-fil-A: 87
2. Papa John's: 82
3. All others: 81
4. Little Caesars: 81
5. Panera Bread: 81
6. Arby's: 80
7. Dunkin' Donuts: 80
8. Subway: 80
9. Chipotle: 78
10. Domino's: 78
