Police say a 4-year-old New Jersey girl called 911 to report her father had passed out in their car, the AP reports. Cliffside Park police say 41-year-old Jamil Graham of Englewood Cliffs was charged with child endangerment, being under the influence of alcohol, and several motor vehicle offenses. Police say a half-full bottle of vodka was found in the car. Authorities say the girl called 911 at around 9:30pm Saturday, and officers tracked the cellphone signal to find Graham's car.

Graham allegedly failed field sobriety tests and had a 0.22 BAC, per the Record; he was brought to Bergen County Jail, where he was held on $50,000 bail. The child wasn't harmed and was turned over to a relative. A telephone number for Graham could not be located Monday, and it wasn't known if he's retained an attorney. (More New Jersey stories.)
