Sentence halved; sheriff books heiress room in 'special' unit

Before even setting foot in jail, Paris Hilton is already getting time off for good behavior. The celebutante will serve only 23 days of her 45-day sentence, and she'll spend it in a "special needs housing unit"—a sort of Hilton behind bars—reserved for high-profile inmates, the LA sheriff said yesterday.

Now the race is on, as enterprising paparazzi try to come up with the big-ticket item of the season: a jailbird shot of the heiress. "Paris finding Jesus in a fetal position with a half-eaten bologna sandwich would probably get $200,000," the co-owner of a leading photo agency jokes. Half a million "if you could see the tears."
