LSU had a fairly easy tuneup for North Carolina in the regional semifinals, as the Lady Tigers cruised by Oklahoma State 67-52 today, reports the Associated Press. Erica White led Louisiana State with 18 points, and three other teammates scored in double figures. LSU held the Cowgirls to 15% shooting in the first half and forced 13 turnovers.

LSU (30-5) also shut down the  Oklahoma State offense in the second half, restricting them to 20% shooting for much of it to put themselves one win away from a fifth straight trip to the Final Four. The Cowgirls did score four straight baskets to break the second half shooting drought, but never got closer than nine points. Andrea Riley led Oklahoma State (27-8) with 26 points.
