It marked it a clean sweep for the No. 1 seeds in the NCAA Tournament, another first. Davidson's Stephen Curry scored 25 points but couldn't get off a potential winning shot in the final seconds. Kansas successfully used a rotation of guards to wear down Curry, who only shot 36% from the floor and never got into a rhythm, writes AP. Meanwhile, Jayhawk center Sasha Kaun had several key baskets in the second half, scoring 13 points, as did Mario Chalmers to get Kansas into the national semifinal next weekend in San Antonio against former coach Roy Williams and North Carolina.
