A 59-year-old woman who went to a Delaware zip line park for a "Treetop Adventure" experience instead fell to her death Wednesday, Delaware Online reports. The woman fell about 40 feet, and the news site says crew members and others at the scene were "visibly shaken" by what happened. She was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The park involved, Go Ape at Lums Pond State Park near Kirkwood, closed after the incident. The investigation is still in its early stages. (More ziplines stories.)
