She may have lost her job as chair of the Democratic National Committee, but it looks like Debbie Wasserman Schultz will keep her congressional seat in Florida. The AP has declared her the winner in Tuesday's Florida primary against law professor Tim Canova. She had about 57% of the vote when the race was called. As Politico notes, Canova mounted a surprisingly strong challenge thanks in large part to Bernie Sanders supporters, who accused Wasserman Schultz of tilting the DNC in favor of Hillary Clinton. These leaked emails didn't help her case. The district is heavily Democratic, making Wasserman Schultz the big favorite in November. (Read more Debbie Wasserman Schultz stories.)
