Looking to give 2016 a memorable sendoff? Consider booking a flight to one of the cities on WalletHub's list of best places to ring in the New Year. The site analyzed the 100 largest cities in America using "20 key indicators of an epic New Year's Eve." Those indicators include things like "forecasted precipitation" and "legality of fireworks." It also sorted cities by cheapest wine, if that happens to be your specific key to a good New Year's Eve. Here are the top 10 cities to party with new ones on Dec. 31:
