Pamela Anderson's birthday present to Hugh Hefner might have killed your average 82-year-old: The bottle blonde double-D surprised the "stunned" Playboy founder in his hotel room Saturday night with a private, naked lap dance, the Las-Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Anderson, 40, who has appeared on the cover of Playboy 12 times, was wearing only high heels when Hefner returned to his suite to prepare for his big club party. "He had the biggest smile I've ever seen," said the Palms owner. The two are longtime pals; Hef even sent Anderson a congratulatory note after her divorce from performer Kid Rock.
