Sylvester Stallone might've found a new punching bag. The actor is suing Warner Bros. for fraud, claiming the "greedy" studio failed to pay him profits owed for the 1993 film Demolition Man. According to the lawsuit filed Wednesday, Stallone was to receive at least 15% of the film's proceeds if it made $125 million. When he hadn't received a cent by 2014, a rep questioned Warner Bros., which said the film had lost the studio $67 million, the lawsuit says, per the Hollywood Reporter. The studio eventually admitted an error and paid Stallone $2.8 million, but without providing accounting details, Stallone alleges. He's seeking additional compensation, plus interest and damages.
