In 2009, a record-breaking $53 million was raised for President Obama's first inaugural festivities, despite a cap of $50,000 per donation, reports the New York Times. Google, Pepsi, Ford, and UPS each donated $250,000. Trump's team says it is identifying charities to receive remaining funds, though it isn't clear how much remains.
