Amanda Bynes—the former child star who retired from acting in 2010 only to quickly unretire, got a DUI and appeared to be in deteriorating mental health in 2012, continued acting quite oddly in 2013 (including getting arrested again and ending up on a psych hold), then got another DUI in 2014 even though she'd completed months of rehab—hasn't made headlines in a few years, but she's back. Bynes, 31, gave her first interview in four years to Hollyscoop. In it, she says she's been sober for three years, has been attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and plans to start a clothing line. She has also been taking spinning classes and feeding the homeless ... and wants to get back into acting.

"I do miss acting," she says. "I want to do TV. Maybe a few guest spots on some shows that I’m a fan of and maybe another TV show where I’m the star of it." She adds that she's "very realistic" about her career and realizes she needs to take things "step by step." She also addressed some of the bizarre incidents from her past, including the time in 2013 she tweeted that she wanted Drake to "murder [her] vagina." "I actually wasn't being insincere," she explained, per E!. "I was serious, but I was also on drugs, so that was my way of saying, 'Let's do it, man.' But I was on drugs and trying to be hilarious." As for those aforementioned driving violations (which also included two alleged hit-and-runs, other driving violations, and a suspended license), her lawyer says she has complied with all the conditions of her probation.
