The Navy has formally given up hope of finding any survivors from the collision of the USS John S. McCain and an oil tanker off the coast of Singapore. On Thursday, the search and rescue mission became a recovery mission, reports the Washington Post. Ten sailors were lost in the accident, and the Navy has identified the remains of only one of them so far.
