Audrina Patridge, a former star of MTV's The Hills, has filed for divorce from her husband of less than a year and been granted a temporary restraining order against him, reports TMZ. Patridge—who wed Australian BMX rider Corey Bohan last November, five months after giving birth to the couple's first child, per Hollywood Life—filed the order on Monday, following by divorce papers on Wednesday, after an alleged abusive incident. TMZ says it has seen the court docs on that incident, which Patridge says took place on Sept. 6.
Per the filing, she arrived home on that day, where Bohan was watching their infant daughter, Kirra, and Bohan started name-calling and harassing her, telling her she was "f---ed up" because of the way she was raised. She says when she started filming, Bohan said: "Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce." Patridge claims he yanked her phone away and deleted the video, and she then filed a police report. Her decision to get a restraining order apparently was made after last weekend, when Bohan allegedly followed her to a panel appearance and unnerved her. Patridge says she has already met with CPS at least once. (More Audrina Patridge stories.)
