The Los Angeles Times reports Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West named their new daughter—born Monday via a surrogate—after the rapper's hometown. Kardashian-West announced the name Friday on her website, app, and Twitter account. It appears the family will be calling the girl Chi (pronounced "shy") for short. Time reports a girl named Chicago is a very rare thing indeed. The Social Security Administration has no record of any baby girls named Chicago dating back more than 130 years. However, the administration only lists a name if at least five babies of one gender are given it in a single year. There have been 25 boys named Chicago over the past 20 years.
